Order apart for a dishwasher it took a month, they didn't call me I had to call them to check on it, When I called they said it was in so I came down here it was a waste of my morning wrong part. I would not recommend this place to anybody the customer service was very rude to begin with. Not even apologetic just an attitude.

Always purchase appliances from here and always buy warranties. My last purchase was over the phone and they would not sell me the extended one year warranty at the time of purchase. so now, six months later, my machine is broken and I have no warranty. They claimed that it’s impossible that they refuse to sell me a warranty because they make commission on Warranty sales. Sorry to break it to you, but not everybody always does their job and always cares about doing the extra work for the extra money because they certainly didn’t do it when I made this purchase. I have always sent business to appliance warehouse and I will never do it again.

Had some specific ideas about the used washer I was interested in buying. Missy was extremely helpful in finding the perfect one. It was delivered in two days, but there was a problem. A very knowledgeable person came and took care of the issue quickly. All in all, extremely happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend!

I recently ordered an appliance from here and so far so good. I just think that your delivery workers could be a little more talkative and not be in such a hurry to get in and get out. I usually tip any delivery worker as well but I did not this time. I had to clean up the appliance after they installed it and the last time I purchased something from this company the appliance was spotless when it was installed. The workers even acknowledged that it should have been cleaned up before delivery as well. Just a suggestion or to for you to consider.
