Neil did a great job helping us select and purchase our appliances, Phil and Justin installed three appliances for us, checked all three before they left and even scheduled a follow up appointment for us. Neal is a major assets to your team. Hands down the BEST salesman we have ever delt with. This was our second time purchasing from Neal. We finished out our kitchen with GE Profile. This time was a Fridge and a Gas Stove. Neal went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even communicated with us on his day off. Edwin and his team delivered the fridge and Stove to us today and they were AMAZING. So thorough and professional. The install was perfect and Edwin took the time to make sure he showed us how everything works. If we purchase appliances in the future I hope Edwin and his team are the installers again. I highly recommend D&K, better prices than the big box stores and you wouldn't get this same level of Customer service and Install professionalism, from those big box stores. I made that mistake once and never again.

I called online and ordered a new Whirlpool refrigerator. The salesman Neal P was very helpful. Within days, I received the delivery with Two installers ; Daniel P and Edwin P, both very professional and very polite. Absolutely 💯 % They worked efficiently, explained all questions and cleaned up after perfectly. D &K has a good crew. All my appliances have been purchased through them. Highly recommend.

I ment to do the weeks ago! D&K did an amazing job especially, the delivery guys who felt bad I needed a long plug and the store wasn’t open unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Then the next day Arron (or Eric) I am the worst name came and he is dryer vent guy and checked that as well. He didn’t seem comfortable leaving without nowing a professional looked at it to avoid the incident that caused me to require a new dryer. He was so nice, and I will be calling him next Feb to have the vent cleaned out ! Thanks guys.
