Had a great experience working with Gerhard's. My sales associate, Frank Kromer, listened attentively as I described my needs; in short order he then guided me to the most suitable appliance. I should also add the delivery team was courteous and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer.

Christina went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our new dishwasher. Our interaction was professional, timely, and very much appreciated. The scheduling process was also very well organized so we were prepared for our installation. Chris, the installer also went above and beyond during the installation process. His attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism were very much appreciated. This was our first purchase from Gerhardt’s and certainly won’t be our last. Our overall experience could be summarized by Gerhardt’s going above and beyond and providing professionalism from the beginning to the end.

Bill Slade is an amazing Salesman- very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful about his suggestions. We have been buying our appliances from him for many years and have recommended him to many of our friends. Gerhards service is great. They show up when they say they will and do efficient installs.

We met Nicole in Malvern who was very helpful finding a new Fridge freezer with our measurement restrictions. We proceeded with ordering as their pricing was also very good compared to online. On delivery day the drivers were very good and removed our current ff with care. Unfortunately after installing the new ff there was damage which clearly occurred at the manufacturer. The drivers didn’t have a quick fix as the warehouse didn’t seem to want to help them out which was a shame and held them up so I called the store who luckily ordered me a new one which arrived a few days later. Overall the service was good from this company and I’d use them again just a shame the warehouse managers don’t help out the delivery team better with issues.

Ordered a brand new induction range. First one that came on Wed 5/6 I found a dent about 10 mins after the delivery guys left. I called customer service. The girl who took my call never said anything like “I’m sorry this happened” or even acknowledged this was a problem. Just told me to text pics. I texted them and no reply to say they were received. I texted the pics again 3 hours later and then got a reply saying they got them the first time and would let me know when they could deliver a replacement. Next day I was notified I’d get a replacement Tues 5/12. The replacement came today and it was in worse condition than the first one so I refused delivery. I emailed Gerhards this time since I realize I need to get thorough documentation. Waiting on a reply. Still not using the appliance since I do not know if there is structural damage. I’m so disappointed. UPDATE 6/2/26: I received a reply from Jessica in customer service at the end if business on 5/12 apologizing for the customer service experience as well as the two damaged stoves. She also said she was working on another replacement and that once it was installed we would discuss compensation for my troubles. Delivery was set for 5/18 and I received an undamaged unit. I emailed Jessica that morning to confirm it was received in perfect condition and I looked forward to hearing from her. I waited a week but got no reply that week. So I emailed her again on 5/26. She replied shortly after asking for a picture of the new range’s model/serial sticker and that upon receipt, she could issue a credit for 15% of the purchase price. I had received an info sheet with my delivery that had a sticker on it with the model/serial number so I took a pic and sent it back via email a short while later I asked her to confirm that’s what she needed and to find out if the credit was in the form of a refund to my original payment method or something else. She replied on 5/27 stating “that should work!” In reference to the pic I sent and she that it would be a check mailed out to the name/address on the account. Well, that happened to be my mother who was not the person who paid for the range. When I went to the showroom back on 4/28 I mentioned to the salesman that my parents had purchased appliances from Gerhards in the past. He asked for their name so he could look up the address. When my order was placed, the info was not updated so it was “sold” to my mom. I told Jessica that the check should be made out to me and explained the above so she said she’d check to see if they could change having the check made out to me and I thanked her. A little later she emailed me and said they could issue the check to me but I had to call their Controller who would have to speak with me directly and then they could issue the check to me. I replied to let her know that I don’t have a job where I can make calls during the day and possibly play phone tag, so just go ahead and make the check out to my mom and I’d have to get the money from her. Since I did not get a reply confirming things were now squared away, I sent another email to Jessica on 5/29 to ask when the check was being mailed. She replied saying that “they” now wanted a pic of the sticker from the actual stove and once I sent that, they would then cut the check and would receive it in 7-14 days. I sent a pic on 5/31. Knowing that was a Sunday, I did not expect a response. No reply on Monday. So today 6/2 I sent another email just before lunch and attached the pic again asking for confirmation of receipt and when the check will be mailed. Couple hours later I received confirmation it was received but no comment about the check being sent soon. Given I work in customer service, I know it’s important to follow through in a timely manner and to anticipate questions. I saw the canned response on this review from Gerhard’s. No comment. I’ll continue to make updates here until I see the check arrive in my mailbox.
