Ralph's Appliance Sales & Svc

We were traveling in our Motorhome on 9/2025 and our refrigerator needed to be replaced. The campground we were staying recommended Ralph’s Appliance Plus in Brodheadsville, PA. We spoke with Nelson a few times and agreed to purchase a new refrigerator from them. After set up and delivery I tried several times to register the warranty but kept having issues trying so I contacted Frigidaire and found out the “ new” refrigerator had been previously registered in July 2022! I have tried to contact Ralph’s Appliance Repair several times by email, text and phone calls with no luck. I would not purchase anything from Ralph’s Appliance Plus if you do buyer be ware! To answer Ralph’s Appliance Plus response: You took advantage of me by bringing a USED appliance you couldn’t sell otherwise! Yes I wanted something new and if you couldn’t deliver we would have bought a cooler and continue. My beef is you supposedly sold me a new refrigerator and I have proof of a letter from Frigidaire that what you sold me was way out of warranty and you sold it to me a a higher price! My statement stands I would not trust this appliance place with your money. They Just now responded to my review, which would tell you how they operate!

ZERO ⭐️Went here looking for a pre owned or new washing machine. Spoke to Nelson and he showed me a pre owned machine that needed a new part. He said it would be fixed and cleaned up and delivered to my house on Tuesday. The washing machine that came was not the same machine according to the two men who brought it and when they brought it in the house IT DIDNT WORK!!!!! THEY SAID IT NEEDED A NEW PUMP!! This was supposed to be fixed before it was brought to my house!!! Not only that the washing machine smelt horrible, and clearly was not cleaned before delivery. They left and said they would be back. After thinking about it and discussing it with my boyfriend I had made the decision to have them come pick it up. This was an absolutely horrible experience! $650 for a busted washing machine. I’ll be taking my money right to Home Depot where I should have in the first place! I definitely do not recommend This business or the salesman!!! Answer to response: 3 of the same Samsung washers come in at the same time? Really? You said just one even after I said to show me all the used ones. But ok. Also used or not YOU TRIED TO SELL ME A BROKEN WASHER!!! Period! You also showed me a serial number for the washing machine that “I had purchased”. Do all the used washing machines have the same serial number? Also I was told it would be cleaned up BEFORE DELIVERY!!! Not bring it to my house and play half ass mechanic on a washing machine that smelled like a baby diaper was washed in it. Also I had to talk off of work for your shananagans.

My family needed a new oven after months of just being able to use the stove top. My husband applied for their financing options and it was super easy to get approved. Nelson, was a great help and very nice. He was honest and got us a delivery date for the next day. The delivery guys were super nice and did it fast as well. They made sure it was leveled, pushed in all the way, fit in the spot the right way, they told me what I needed to do before I used it fully and turned it on to show me that it worked. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for an appliance.
