I purchased a used refrigerator at PA Appliances. Took it home the same day but the freezer part did not work. I called and found out it was not supposed to be sold as it had not gone to the repair shop yet. I was promised a different refrigerator but had to wait almost a week for it. Once I finally got it, it worked great accept the ice machine kept making ice and overflowing the tray. As a result, every time I opened the drawer, the ice fell down the back and melted leaking out on the floor. Again I called and was told the repair man would be there Monday and they would call me in the morning to give me an approximate time. No phone call! I tried 3 times to call, but no answer. Finally, at 1:30 I called again and was told it wouldn't be till after 4:00pm. I waited an entire day and put off errands only to find out my entire day was wasted. Will never buy another used appliance from them. Not reliable!

I went to this store a month ago and bought a fridge and stove combo on a financing plan. The young woman helped me throughout the entire process, explaining everything to me detail by detail. I only paid $50, and now I have exactly what I need right here with me, because they delivered and installed it for me. I will recomment it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE OR THEIR SISTER STORE. They are legit scammers I made the mistake of buying a refrigerator and a dryer from them. It has been a constant headache. When they hooked up the refrigerator they broke the nut on it leaked all night while I was sleeping ruined my ceiling in my laundry room. But somehow it was my fault the bolt broke. Charged me $60 to come fix the line but yet the fridge was still leaking!!!! I asked if anything was wrong with dryer was told no. The guy delivers it, he says just so you know it doesn’t turn off by opening the door it will keep running, oh wow cool. To my amazement it was barely drying on any other settings. Called to get it looked at and yet again somehow it’s my fault. “ your duct must be clogged” ohh but my dryer before this one worked perfectly fine until it died I get this one and it barely heats but it’s my duct. Very frustrating long story save your money and sanity do not buy from them you may think your saving money but you are not!!! I would also like to add I read through the reviews and I think it’s hilarious because Shelley and Tahisha are the ladies that work in the stores and they both left fake reviews on here shows the integrity of this place.

I would give it zero star but it don't let me. Worst place to go to brought a refrigerator and got it delivered it work for a few days all my food when back so I lost $200 worth of food. A repair guy came fix it and after I went food shopping again the refrigerator stop working. The second repair guy reused to fix it and said he bring me another one. After a few days they said me a picture of one when it arrived it didn't look the same but at this point I needed a refrigerator. After warrant expired it stop working to. So I lost out on $200 of food the first time and second time $300 and $800 for the refrigerator. So I basically feel like I got robbed for $1,300. I learn my lesson never buy from them again. Instead I went to Lowe's got a new refrigerator with warrant for three years. plus they reimburse you for food if the refrigerator stops working.
