I purchased a refrigerator less than 2 years ago from them for a thousand dollars. It stopped working and I called and spoke with a guy who was very condescending and dismissive. Told me someone from service would get back to me. Never heard back from them. Fortunately I found Atlas Appliances Repair. Spoke to them in the morning and my fridge was repaired that afternoon

Returning reviewer here. Another 10🌟 review with our stove purchase. You know sometimes you purchase new and something immediately goes wrong, it's all part of life. BUT so many don't get a lightening fast resolution from Big Box stores like Western Home Appliance provides. Called, they sent Chuck, their Service Tech over, he was in and out troubleshooting the issue in minutes. 4 days later, a new control panel was installed and I was back in business. Folks, in today's world, THIS is what sets one apart from another. Being treated with kindness, a smile, professionalism and integrity is the Bees-knees! Thank YOU WHA!!! (First pot of bone broth this year is rolling beautifully)

I didn't purchase a dryer because I found sock jammed in mine. The reason for my 5 stars was all the help getting a dryer and pedastle, these people really know customer service. I called to cancel my order this morning and the lady was so understanding. Please patronize this small business as they are what our country needs, bravo to you!

Old fashioned customer service lives at WHA! We were thoroughly informed about the appliance we were buying, we opted to pick it up but they have delivery! I thought I was getting a deal at lowes, but when I compared the specs, the washer I bought from WHA was a better value. Also, if I have any issues, they are just a phone call away.
