Always choose Martin Appliance! A near perfect experience from the initial purchase to the installation. Drew Martin made the purchase and scheduling a very smooth process. Tanner and Marshall did the installation and were very professional and efficient. I have no complaints. I will always choose Martin’s Appliance over Home Depot or Lowe’s!

First time purchasing from Martin Appliance in Reading, Pa (Exeter). We purchased a double oven, also a refrigerator for are garage. Day of delivery, received a phone call stating the time in which they would be at my house. They were prompt and on time. Bryson and Marshall had a professional, friendly demeanor, to detail oriented. Had to move a plug from behind my old oven. Fixed it right away the first time. Communication was clear and patient with me. Explaining information on my new appliances. Efficient in cleaning up their mess. Highly recommend them!!! On a personal note: It was my birthday. Bryson and Marshall surprised me with a birthday gift bag. When they first arrived to my home. Had a box of Betty Crocker cake mix, a can of confetti vanilla icing, a pack of birthday candles, also a bag of assorted Lindt Lindor Chocolate Truffles. I was so very touched! Tanner and Marshall came to my location and installed two appliances in about an hour, which is incredibly fast and thorough. They took pictures of the work, kept me updated throughout the process, cleaned up after themselves, leveled the appliances perfectly, and even gave me a tutorial on how to use them. Extremely impressed with their professionalism.
