My service tech Joe went above and beyond! The issue with my dryer was diagnosed, resolved, and put back into working order in less than 45 minutes! Extremely happy with their service and their work and would highly recommend Harris Appliance for your service needs. Their pricing, fees, etc. were also more than reasonable.

What a great experience and price! Tried to buy a new appliance from one of the ‘box stores’ — we had to wait, upon delivery it was dented, no call back in 4 days to reschedule. We called Harris to see if they had the same model and they did!! Delivery the next day. Seamless! Thank you Harris, we won’t waste our time and money elsewhere again.

I'm a disabled veteran who's given this store an enormous amount of business in the last 20 years. I was given the runaround this morning when I scheduled a service on my washing machine. Later, I tracked someone down, and was told that the business refuses to uphold their warranty and provide service. When I asked why, I was told that I was unreasonable and threatened them with legal action. At this point, it's clear why people don't shop local. This business has already had to downsize once, and I hope it circles the drain entirely.

One of the few appliance repair businesses left that you can trust 100%! Their customer service is wonderful and service technician Joe was honest, kind, and went above and beyond! They found the control board of our washing machine was bad but covered under a manufacturer recall. He came back once the part was received and made sure the washer was in full working order before signing off on the project. What a comfort to know people still care for customer satisfaction. We are loyal now to Harris TV & Appliance for our future needs. Keep up the great work team, and give Joe a bonus!! ;)
