They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find the right appliance for my needs, and made the entire process easy. Delivery and installation were professional and on time, and everything was handled with great care. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Don's Appliances again or recommend them to friends and family.

I recently moved back to the area after a long time away and needed a new fridge for a new house. These guys were very helpful and patient in the store with finding a fridge that would fit the space in the kitchen. Modern fridges and the one I really wanted weren’t good fits for the outdated space. They managed to find me the features I cared about though, the delivery team was friendly, professional, and equally fantastic. I plan to shop here again as I work through appliances and eventually renovate the kitchen.

Adam in Cranberry is my salesman and very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my concerns to determine which washer best suits my needs along with the price. He sold me my GE Cafe refrigerator and GE Cafe double over a few years ago . I knew he would advise and answer all concerns. Delivery was less than 48 hrs. The installers with very polite and extremely careful with the removal and installation of the new LG washer in a tight space. They made sure all was connected up properly along with a test run while showing me the different functions. Also answered all of my questions. Both were very kind. It works fantastic. Highly recommend Hillmans and the delivery was quick and professional installed.

Our experience at Don's Appliances was awesome. From selecting and ordering our Bosch dishwasher with Curt, to delivery and installation with Cullen and Don, the service was top notch! When you have a need for an appliance I highly recommend them. They are leaps and bounds above the big box stores when it comes to service and your total satisfaction.

Don’s Appliances and their installation crew deserve a shout out for timelines, communication and execution. Great advance notice of the delivery, updates along the way with reliable ETA and expert care at the homesite. Keith and his team made the exchange of a refrigerator/freezer and range hood all happen with minimal interruptions. Listening to the team discussion and observing the care for precision gives me confidence that the work was done correctly. Five stars for sure!!!
