The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and completed the repair efficiently. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure my washer was working properly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and quality work. Great company! I submitted a request for repair and immediately got a call with a next day appointment (it was late in the day). The tech arrived and wore booties!!!!! I have a shoes off house so this was big for me. Super nice guy. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a price before he began the repair. He told me exactly what he was gonna do, which was super helpful. He cleaned up the fridge, freezer, and floor and retrieved some stuff from behind my fridge (oops). Overall fantastic experience with this company and I’ll recommend them whenever I can. The price was reasonable and affordable. So happy to not have a leaky fridge anymore.

Great service and scheduling, highly recommend! My Whirlpool WRF560SEHZ French door refrigerator (purchased in ‘21) suddenly stopped cooling. I attempted to clean the backside and make sure everything I could view was tightened and secure. After a day’s attempt, I decided to research for a local repair team who could provide support. Luckily, I found the HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys! I simply filled out their online form, and rather than a call received updates via text messaging from Emma. She was helpful with gathering information and asking questions ahead of time for the technician. Alexis from the team showed up on time, parked where I instructed earlier (zero parking in our complex), and within minutes diagnosed our issue. Overall, he was polite, professional, and addressed my questions as needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you team for the work and SAME DAY service, it is appreciated! For those interested, the thermostat on our fridge stopped working and was building up ice around it; hence it was indicating it didn’t need to cool so no airflow was happening for it. The photo shows the top right where the thermostat is located and ice buildup.

Viktor and Stan did a great job replacing both 20 year old furnace and AC in the same day. They were fast, friendly, and easy to work with. From the initial consult to installation, it was smooth sailing, and the quote was below the others I got. They were able to fit me in within a week here in April. Would def recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.
