Merit’s was wonderful! My refrigerator went out of service- due to a circuit board failure. I made a call to the store on Friday morning to see if there was ANY chance they could deliver that day and they did!! The team was wonderful to work with. Amazing customer service!

We love Merit’s Home Center! We’ve bought many appliances from them over the years for our rental properties and a new home build. Their sales team is knowledgeable and great to work with. Their delivery/install team calls in the morning to give a delivery window and they deliver on time. They are extremely skillful with complicated installs and they clean up afterwards too! They all go above and beyond to get the job done right and resolve any problems. After my first experience buying from them I decided I would never buy appliances from a big box store again. Merit’s is the best. Thank you, Merit’s team - you are awesome!

The staff was wonderful! They worked with us and they got us a washing machine and just a couple of days! Hours had gone out and we truly needed one! The local stores here, name brand stores, one said 90 days the other said a week, not acceptable! Sweet truly truly appreciate you coming from Klamath Falls and caring for our needs!

We’ve now bought multiple appliances at Merit’s and love how easy it is to walk in, choose what you want, and take it home that day. Prices are competitive with the big box stores, but the personal attention and being able to support a local business keep bringing us back. Sales staff are knowledgeable about their products and help guide buyers to their best options.
