Arrived during posted business hours and store is closed. What a shame, another local business losing money to big box corporations due to incompetence.

Bought a 50 gallon A.O. Smith water heater they told me it was pressure tested and worked fine. I hooked it up and it didn’t work replaced both thermostats and elements and still doesn’t work and I do have the correct amount of power so I am forced the spend more on a new water heater.

Wish I could give 6 stars! Called 10 minutes before closing and had quick service. Looked up my part, checked the stock, and even stayed open past closing so I could rush up and grab what I needed. Have done business with them before and would certainly do it again. Thanks, J&J team!

Bought a used washer and dryer and the husband and wife were very nice. They delivered the same day with set up and got both appliances in good condition for a little under $500. If you’re okay with used appliances that have been refurbished and work fine I would recommend J&H.
