Josh and Paul delivered our new refrigerator last week and were incredible. They took care not to damage any walls or woodwork and figured out how to work around stairs, corners, and an island. Josh hooked up the ice maker, and everything is working properly. We couldn't be happier with our Durocher's experience.

Third appliance we’ve bought from Durocher’s. We keep going back for the competitive pricing, fast delivery, exceptional customer service you get from the minute you walk into the store and their delivery teams that is top notch! Brandon and Derrick were so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable when delivering our fridge. They took great care to not hit the walls, scratch up the floors and communicated the whole time. When we are in the market again, I will go out of my way to request these two for the delivery as they were simply the best!

A big thank you to Josh and Brian. They both introduced themselves and made quick work of delivery and haul away. Appreciated the tips on running a cycle in the washer and dryer to get rid of any oils that might be in both appliances. Thanks again for such great service.

We bought several appliances here and needed some follow up help, long after the purchase.. However, our original sales person was no longer available. We were so fortunate appliance specialist, RICHARD RUSSELL stepped in and helped us. There was nothing in it for him, he is just a good guy. Ask for him if you are thinking of buying appliances. Thanks Richard
