Called for a service call...it was at 2pm on a Wednesday...and said the service man will call to confirm...no call..we called again and was told ok ill tell him and that was it Called again to see if he was coming and they weren't sure what was going on...so never heard from them or service man....not reliable at all

No communication, says they'll call never did. Waited 2 weeks for a part, have no idea if even ordered. Spoke with someone claiming to be the owner, he didn't want to hear my complaints said he didn't need this shit and hung up on me. Well he lost a customer and hopefully many more. Very unprofessional!

Received my new gas stove today and what a beauty it is! Called them on the phone and Jennifer texted me a couple of pictures and we were able to complete the transaction right there and then. Delivered and professionally installed, as promised, two days later. I'm estimating my savings over a big box store on this purchase to be in excess of 1000.00. Couldn't be happier if I tried with all my might. Do recommend and will buy again.
