My experience was terrible, I purchased a used vent hood that was to be delivered within the week and on week 2 I was told it would be shipped out the day I called a week later still no vent hood then I was told it needed a part that was ordered for repair same day my money was refunded due to miscommunication I called to correct the refund issue and was told they would call me back soon as the unit was ready now I find that the unit was sold to another customer.... this was very unprofessional and a wast of time!!!!!

Today is Friday the 6th of March 2026. My son and I are in the beginning stages of opening a bistro. Needless to say, other areas of the business that we have had to work with get things done have been much more difficult not being an established restaurant but that was not the case here. This is one of the best teams of people I've ever dealt with in any industry for that matter. I cannot say enough about the level of help in product knowledge, friendliness and kindness these people showed us from the second we walked in the door. You guys have won our business 100%. Got delivery last week after I decided to update the stove and the grill from 36 to 48. Burketts are always there for us with the best prices and customer service, The delivery guys were great and super efficient with the time window too , I chose the Seagate brand on the stove top & oven ,which much less expensive and very efficient, Michelle is always helpful over the phone and even in the showroom when I go in for the small kichen wear stuff ,Burkett restaurant equipment is the place to go to for your restaurant commercial needs. Great customer service great pricing and fast delivery. Don’t forget ,local and family owned and operated.
