Easiest I ever purchased an appliance. Did an on-line chat, told him what I was looking for, he set me up with Justin at the Heath store. When I got to the store, Justin was waiting for me. Showed me the refrigerator, did all the paperwork and done! Even arranged to have it delivered a day sooner. Definitely will return.

Bought the Samsung bespoke all-in-one vented washer and dryer for roughly 2250 dollars and it's been nothing but trouble since day one. They told me it was just unleveled so I kept messing with it trying to get it right and by the time I figured out that was not the problem I was out of my return window. Big Sandy and Samsung both have sent techs to look at it and both techs told me there was nothing they could do. I don't know what to do.

If i could give it a zero rating I would. We purchased a couch 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems. Stitching coming apart less than one month of owning it. When we called to ask for a replacement they told us they would send someone out to repair it. When we were disappointed in that considering we had not even made the first payment on it they went ahead to order a replacement part. It has yet to be delivered due to back order. Second issue is one of the seats is visibly broken. The buttons stick and the top of the recliner is broken. Once again we call and they send someone out. Their fix is to add a couple staples into it. This did not fix the problem. We call again and another tech came out. He put in notes that the buttons definitely stick and that he had recommended the entire piece to be replaced. Again, the manufacturer is going to “send parts”. This could take up to 3 weeks, then we have to call to schedule another service person to come out to actually repair it and who knows how long that will take. At this point we have only made 2 payments on this couch that was supposed to be a gold level piece of furniture. I am extremely disappointed with the insurance (that we paid extra for) on this couch, and with big sandy in general. When someone is having these issues less than two months of owning a brand new piece of furniture that is not cheap then maybe it’s time to call it a “lemon” and have good customer service and replace the broken unit.

My fiancé and I went to find a mattress that would work for us when we get married and we had no idea what we were doing. Taryn helped us pick the best mattress for us by walking us through all the options, explaining all the features for better sleep and picking the best pillow for each of us once we found the right mattress. Great experience and it was wonderful to work with Taryn through this process! Highly recommend!
