Found ourselves in the need of a new Fridge unexpectedly and reached out to Home Appliance Company. Salesman was extremely helpful in helping diagnose the issue with our old one and assisted us in picking the best replacement. He set up a delivery for us. Gordon and AJ were our delivery Techs and they showed up on time. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the new unit. They were very careful in handling both the old unit out and the new unit in. They explained in every detail about the operation of the new unit. I highly recommend Home Appliance for both new units and for repairs as well.

Technician was knowledgeable on fridge unit with smart features, able to diagnose issue very quickly. Part order was fast and next appt to fix unit was done in a timely manner. Our unit was working within the week of this company getting the assignment. (If only the warranty company would have started with them, previous repair service did a horrible job)

In April of 2025, we purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator , model GRSS2652AF at the recommendation of the sales and service department at Home Appliance to replace a 15 year old Frigidaire Gallery. Unfortunately, a month later the ice maker stopped working. Home Appliance was prompt in thawing it out and repairing it temporarily. Over the next year, Home Appliance came out 8 times to thaw it out and repair per Frigidaire's recommendations. This design may be flawed. Home Appliance's technician, Jason, was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time researching the repairs and finally dealing with Frigidaire's Customer Care Unit to get us a replacement after the warranty had expired. We are so very thankful for Home Appliance's amazing Service Department. Our new Refrigerator was just delivered today. Hopefully, we will have ice soon. Thank you Home Appliance. This is the reason we buy all of our appliances from you and will continue to refer everyone we know to you. Well Done!

This is a solid go to appliance company with service. It’s not a big box store kinda place. They know your name follow along with you as your appliances age. Give solid advice based on the age cost and budget. The install team and repair persons are top shelf. Easy to find plenty of parking it’s hard to beat. Speed Queen washer dryer are built so well and they last and are repairable. Fantastic choice to shop here. Highly recommend Home Appliance!

Have been buying from home appliance for over 10 years they are the only appliance store we will purchase from. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond fixing various items. Most recently we just purchased a dishwasher and I installed it myself. After installing and doing a test run, I quickly learned there was damage to the dishwasher causing a leak. The next day I. Called Rudy and he immediately was all over it. My only ask was since I was tied up could the delivery team possible drop off a new one and pick up the damaged one? (Note when we purchased it they were 2-3 week weeks out on delivery - so I knew it would be an ask as their schedule was tight) He said absolutely we will have it to you today! The new one was delivered within 4 hours. It’s awesome working with a company who stands behind their products and does not give the customer the run around - as installing a dishwasher only to find out was damaged and is leaking isn’t very fun and the last think you want to do is deal with a company who gives you the run around.
