Our LG fridge quit after 7 years. We have purchased many appliances from Stewarts over the years, so we decided to go to them again this time for a fridge. Alex greeted us quickly and discussed the different features for models we were interested in. He even asked if he could walk with us as we were looking, so that he could answer our questions. Alex spent time searching to find exactly what we wanted, and found the perfect one in stock. Alex was both Friendly and competent! Check out was a breeze.

Bought a Maytag Washer and Dryer about 4 years ago. Good experience so recommended them to people. Fast forward to needing service. The dryer kept running hot. Service came out, said it needed a part which needed to be ordered. A week later and $184 it still didn't work. Called and said it wasn't right. Was told after talking to tech the motherboard needed to be replaced about $278.Looked that up and that has nothing to do with over heating. Called a company that has been doing this for.over 70 years.that I know just wasn't sure they came into my area. They do. Basically took the whole dryer apart to figure out the problem which they did, it was the heating element. $208 and it runs great again. Lost a customer and recommendations.

We had a great experience at Stewart's. Our sales assistant, Kevin, was very patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions and ask some of his own to help us find just what we needed. We looked at several models of refrigerators and finally settled on one. We never felt pressured or hurried. We also looked at some washers and dryers (making it clear that our current aging ones were still chugging along and that this was a future purchase.) Again, Kevin was patient and knowledgeable, showing us different models, pointing out features, and answering our questions (even though it was clear we wouldn't be purchasing these any time soon.) Our delivery/installation team was also great. We live in an older home, where the doors are a bit smaller and they took the time to make sure they could get the appliance in without damaging it or the doors. They were friendly, courteous, and focused. They took their time with installation (none of the rushing in, plopping your major purchase down, and rushing out the door without making sure that it was properly installed, level, functioning, and showing us how to do certain basic things.) They answered all our questions. This was a great experience. Would highly recommend Stewart's. It was our first time using them (we'd had enough of the big box store experience) and it won't be our last time we use Stewart's. Steph and Mike S.

I and my fiance have purchased many appliances from this store. We have always been very happy with our purchases and your kind and helpful services. I recently went with my daughter and made a 1500.00 purchase. Brody Stewert was very helpful and kind in helpful in helping us decide /make a decision on the appliances we wanted to purchase, he also ask us we we wanted to purchase the hose needed to hook up one of the appliances we said yes. We were unaware of needing a new electrical cord. When the delivery men came they ask if we purchased the hose and cord needed to hook up the appliances. I told them yes we purchased the hose but was unaware we needed the electric cord. He called Stewerts and talked to a lady named Sarah, she told him we never purchased them.. well we told Brody yes we wanted the hose unaware of needing the cord The delivery man, handed me his phone to talk to Sarah, she was the rudest, nastiest person yelled at me short of calling me a liar telling me I never purchased the hose. We did tell brody we wanted the hose unaware we needed the cord.She never explained they had them on the truck we could purchase. She just went into how much it would cost to have them come back the next day yelling that to me She was loud and very unprofessional. The delivery people were amazing very helpful and I know they heard her yelling. I will never or my fiance or anyone of my family will be back.I have never had anyone in costumer service talk to me a cash paying customer talk to me like that!! You might want to have a talk with her or loose more customers.

Stewart’s recently installed my dryer and the buying and install experience was a 10/10. They have competitive prices vs big box stores and I know if there are any issues I will have no problems getting them taken care of. Have bought multiple appliances through them and have had zero issues. My basement is very tight and hard to navigate and they were able to install with no problems.
