Purchased a queen size mattress from them last year and they seem really nice but when I went to tell them the mattress was sagging it was less than a year old at the time and they would not take it back unless we were to exchange it but we both agreed that that would be a waste so I requested a refund of the credit to use on something else but I have been given the run around and now it feels like I am being scammed if I am wrong then why did I have to wait till July when the mattress was paid off before they would do anything This may be a loss for me but if you ever get any thing from this store and try to return it you may face a similar problem so just beware.

BE AWARE OF THIS CONMAN I bought a washer and a dryer but what he displays and what is in the box are different . He gave us small ones with Spanish language as a means of instruction. The washer he sold us has a pillar in the middle while the displayed one had not The conman welcomed me, my wife and a neighbor warmly asking where we came originally. The product was clean but looked neglected or refurbished.. He doesn’t take credit cards which is the hallmark of phony traders. His price is just like the Home Depot plus, you have to pay for the transport and installation Be careful innocent buyers Buy from the honest people
