I was in search of a refrigerator, either french door or side by side and counter depth for one of my rental apartments. With temps over 100 degrees heat index, I was hoping to obtain an in stock fridge & delivery ASAP within my budget. Joey Ruiz & Kristin were so helpful. With no options in stock that the Columbus Sawmill store, they both got on their computers and searched other stores for possible solutions. They were able to find a fridge within my budget and find a time to deliver in 2 days. Joey and Kristin are such a wonderful asset and I had a fantastic experience at this Appliance Factory store. I will definitely be coming back for any appliance needs in the future.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.While their prices may be lower than some competitors, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand-new high end Frigidaire Professional range from Appliance Factory approximately two years ago, and it has been used very lightly. Recently, the cooktop burners stopped heating properly. Following basic troubleshooting, I turned the breaker off and then back on. When power was restored, there was a loud electrical pop, and the back of the range began smoking and developed a burned hole in the metal panel near the power cord connection. I contacted Appliance Factory and spoke with the manager. he told me he had "never" heard of this happening and immediately stated there was nothing they could do because I did not purchase the extended warranty. When I explained that the failure was due to the power cord that Appliance Factory installed and asked whether they would consider assisting in good faith since the failure was related to the installation, I was told there was nothing they could do. I wasn't expecting a free replacement- I was simply hoping they would stand behind their installation or offer some level of assistance. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed without any effort to investigate the cause of what appears to be a serious electrical failure. I understand that warranties have limits, but customer service also matters. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Appliance Factory again..

I had a fantastic experience with Taven! He was very informative and happily willing to show me different options. I stopped in the evening before and it was almost closing time. He had several other customers but still kept a great attitude and still made sure to provide great service and assistance to each of us. Returning today for purchase, he was very friendly and quick to get the process done. Taven knows his inventory and knows what is in stock (or will look it up and does so fast!) which sets him apart, making him an efficient and trustworthy salesperson. It is my first time purchasing a washer and dryer and I feel confident in my purchase. Thank you Taven!

Definitely 5 stars all around! If you are frugal like me, this is your place. Aaron Campbell spent a great deal of time with me and is educated on major appliances. He provided top-notch attention, expertise, and professionalism. I purchased a refrigerator and it was successfully delivered today. The delivery guys, Rick and Anthony provided white glove treatment. They went above and beyond. I ultimately saved more than $1k on this appliance and also received the best service from the moment I walked in until the item was successfully installed and the old sad piece was taken away.
