I had a wonderful experience with Marshall at V & C. He was very communicative. We went back-and-forth a couple times on the phone and he sent me photos of the appliance I wanted. I appreciate him being able to deliver and giving us aftercare advice/next steps on how to deal with the appliance. He is very direct and straightforward and professional, and his shop is very clean and the appliance was so so so clean. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Our dryer went out and we searched and looked at the reviews of multiple used appliance stores. My husband and I decided to go with V&C. We were pleased with the customer service and along with the dryer we received. We've had it now for a week and it works perfectly! I recommend this location for your used appliance needs. I received my new washer on Saturday. It was delivered by Marshall and he did it solo. I used it immediately after running the machine threw a cleaning cycle of just bleach as suggested by him. I washed four loads that day. The machine looks brand new. I very much recommend V & C. I plan on returning to get another appliance in the future

I’ve used the machines a couple of times they worked very well on the washing machine. The control knob works in consistently. Marshall, who delivered this machine by himself and with my help got it down the stairs, said that he thought the control knob and the control panel may have been damaged in the move. It does function, but somewhat inconsistently. I sometimes have to operate it more than one time to get it to go to the desired setting.
