Store is ok, but a lot of the prices are average or high. The only way to get a real deal is with using a discount coupon. When I went to this location it was to fix an issue I had from a purchase at another location. I met 2 employees 1 middle aged black woman and an older white man. The most interesting thing about the event was how incredibly rude they both we're while fixing a mistake from the other store and told me we usually don't fix another stores mistakes and then I said we'll aren't all Ollies stores together and then the man responded yes but fixing their mistakes affects our stores sales,hmm I'm the customer and I don't care about your sales issues. Like I said how is it I encounter 2 employees and they're both rude? I don't think I will return to that location on Broadview and shame on them for hiring such inhospitable and miserable people. By the way when I did shop I spent over 100.00 without tax. These corporations do not care who they hire and employ anymore. Am I surprised by that,no seeing as how they don't want to give decent livable wages these are the type of employees they will have,rude.

They have some great deals, and some not-so-great deals. I got a window air conditioner for $115. Some things are overpriced. Some of the shelves are kind of a mess. Some aisles have random junk in the middle of them. An employee snatched my cart while I was shopping and I had to go find it. But yeah, some really good deals.
