The washer the company brought over works, loudly, but works. They reeked of cigarettes, beer, and pot. The one guy complained cursing the whole time. Was actually funny. The other guy was so frustrated, they ended up tearing the metal on my door frame, and damaged my stairs. Total disaster, unprofessional, and unsanitary. 2 stars because it was comical hearing the aggressive conversation going on.

I bought used appliances from them for years, until they sold me back the same appliance they said they couldn't fix. I had a good used Maytag washer, it broke down and they said they couldn't fix it, so I purchased another used washer and they said they would throw away the one they couldn't repair. Yeah, they lied, they fixed it up and after a few broke down washers I bought from them, they sold me my back my original maytag that they lied amd said they couldnt fix. I have also had problems with the men setting up the washer and NOT making sure the feet are on. Bad business move

I’ve purchased probably 5 washers/dryers from these folks over the last 20 years. Every single time, they’ve given a great product for a great price. Delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit has been totally professional. I drove up and down Memphis Ave looking for them because I trust them but couldn’t find the phone number…so glad to find where they moved to here on State Road! 100% recommend!!
