Our refrigerator broke so we researched refrigerators reviews on Consumer Reports. We thought we wanted a GE Profile but looked at others too. We thought the process of purchasing one would be an ordeal. How wrong we were. We went to Bloom Brothers and Matthew Bloom helped us. We looked at the GE Profile. My husband then looked at another one on the floor and Matt showed us reviews for that one. He was extremely helpful. We decided on the GE afterall. Matt was professional. He kept us informed on when it would be in and called to set up delivery. The price was the same as the big box stores and Bloom don't charge for delivery or hauling the other one away. Matt truly knew his products, unlike a random sales associate at other stores. We've used Bloom Brothers before and were pleased. My in-laws swear by them too. The refrigerator is wonderful. The two deliverymen, Tom and Barry were helpful, professional and extremely careful and efficient. They set everything up, attached the water line and took us through the basic workings of the fridge. Everything was packed up so as not to cause any scratches or dents. The refrigerator was in great working order. Tom and Barry then hauled away all the cardboard and old fridge. Bloom Brothers employees deserve 5 stars.

We ordered all of our appliances for our new home from Bloom Brothers Appliance, and I honestly can’t say enough about the experience. From day one, their team treated us with genuine care. They didn’t just sell us appliances—they took the time to walk us through options, educate us on features, and give honest, thoughtful guidance about the pros and cons of each choice. At no point did we feel rushed or upsold—just supported. And across every interaction—whether in the store, on the phone, or in our home—the people at Bloom Brothers stood out. Every single person we worked with was capable, kind, and frankly, just cool. You can tell when a company has built a strong team, and they absolutely have. Delivery and installation were just as impressive. Everything was handled carefully and professionally, which already set them apart. But what really blew us away was what happened after. We realized (due to an error on our end) that our washer and dryer wouldn’t fit the way we planned. Bloom Brothers helped us reassess, recommended better-fitting options, and swapped them out—no fees, no hassle. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they chose to. That’s customer service. Then we discovered another issue: our dryer vent had been installed on the wrong side by the builder. Bloom Brothers went above and beyond again—ordering custom parts to extend the water lines and venting, then sending their team back out to reconfigure everything correctly. They didn’t charge us for the parts. They didn’t charge us for the labor. At that point, it stopped feeling like customer service and started feeling like true customer care. We’re in our 30s and plan to be in this home for many years, and Bloom Brothers has absolutely earned a customer for life—and a reference for life. We will recommend them to everyone we know without hesitation. To the entire Bloom Brothers team: thank you for your integrity, your generosity, and the pride you clearly take in your work. You made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, and that’s something we won’t forget.

We are so, so thankful for the Old School character, kindness, and customer service of Bloom Brothers! All of our appliance purchases in the last five years have been from Bloom Brothers, and without incident. (We moved into our home in 2005, and in the last few years all of the appliances we installed when we moved in have met their natural end, one at a time, since 2020.) The day I called to order what I thought would be a 30” white, dual fuel, double-oven Café range, Cody was amazingly helpful, confirmed the details I was requesting, and got the range ordered right away. It even arrived early. Very shortly after delivery, we discovered an issue with the racks inside the oven. I called Cody, and after some explanation and troubleshooting, he said he was just going to order another range. Range Number Two arrived with a different manufacturing issue involving the sensor that registers that the door is closed and turns off the light inside the oven. Not repairable—or acceptable with a brand new unit—so again Cody ordered a new range for us. By the time Range Number Three arrived, we were all skittish and Shannon (manager) had instructed the delivery team to check the racks before it was even loaded off the truck. Good thing, because even with the delivery team being the ones to try, the racks didn’t go into the slots in the oven. One quick call back to the store, and we were told to just go in and we’d figure something out. When we arrived, Shannon was SO gracious. At that point, after THREE failed attempts to purchase the Café (General Electric), we were confident that the best decision would be to pivot and go with a completely different manufacturer. Shannon was patient, kind, and diligent in helping me find the range that I’m ultimately thrilled with—a 30”, white, dual fuel single oven unit from Fulgore Milano. The lesson here: While one should have serious reservations about purchasing a Café range from General Electric, one should NOT hesitate to work with Bloom Brothers for a single moment. They were professional, patient, kind, and provided us with excellent customer service. Give them a call!

I needed a new washer and dryer with competitive pricing and delivery within the week. I had researched the newer LG models and was replacing a 20+ year old LG set… I knew what I wanted. I was greeted immediately and when I said what I was in search of, the sales associate directed me to what was in the showroom and then some online models. I wanted the 4.5 LG front loader with ThinQ and turbo wash to do quick or small loads with excellent cleaning in a 15 minute cycle. The only colors were black and white, and I wanted white. Delivery was 3 days later. I do not think I had the proper dryer venting and the delivery guys went above and beyond making it all fit and the machines were tested for level and noise. Price was competitive. They offered a warranty with a money back payment if not used. No pressure on anything. Delivery was included and haul away was for a tip. Bloom Brothers is in Geauga County with a lower tax base.
