Memorial day weekend (Saturday) my cold water valve on my washer went out. Called every place around me nobody was open. Called star appliance and they were open had a used one for 25 bucks matched it up before I drove an hour to the store. They were so helpful and courteous. It's a little mom n pop shop with the customer service the rest of the industry could learn from.

Great customer service and I was surprised by the amount of nice merchandise they have. Went in for a heating element for my oven and found a perfect recliner that I will be back for in a couple weeks.
