Abc Warehouse

Very very rough. Original sales rep was great. After that the bottom fell out. Refrigerator didn't work. So called Sunday to get it replaced. Tony stated I'm here to help. But didn't. We only deliver to vanlue on Tuesday. Unacceptable! This is a replacement not a purchase. Sorry only on Tuesday. Bull! This policy is for purchase and delivery not for bad unit to be replaced. How hard would it be to make a family happy to send a new one on Monday? I am regretting not going elsewhere. I've bought plenty from ABC Findlay ohio. Last time ever. Im here to help is only good before and during the sale. After that buckle up you are on your own. Guess they are busy enough it doesn't matter. Over time I believe people will go elsewhere and ABC will be another empty building. This is all truth and factual. I won't let them spin this to favor them.

After years of buying from ABC warehouse in Findlay I will never step foot in your store again. First my husband and I were the ONLY customers in your store. Your rude employee who sat on his behind in a massage chair the whole time we were there ,except when he was asked to go get something out of the back, HE IS THE REASON you have lost a loyal customer. Im pretty sure he gets paid to do the job you hired him to. So to give me an attitude because you had to get up out of the chair and earn your paycheck, well I apologize to you sir I didn't realize you got paid to do nothing. Im old school I still belive in customer service and today ABC warehouse you failed. Let me say this, this man has been employed with you for a very long time, that does not excuse his behavior.

So first off the delivery guy was extremely rude. They unboxed the washer and dryer in the driveway no big deal and we had them bring it through the back door since it leads straight to the basement. Well my dad told them they were supposed to bring the old ones up stairs and they said “we didn’t get instructions on that” which my dad paid for and they are still in the basement. Second they left the trash right in the driveway and didn’t tell us. It is extremely windy today and they could have told us so we could put it in the dumpster. By the time we realized the trash company pulled up so we didn’t get it to the curb in time. Now we don’t normally complain but this whole process of getting these appliances have been extremely difficult. They were supposed to be here on Saturday but didn’t come until Tuesday. Since they were supposed to bring the old ones up and never did that we paid for btw now we gotta which is no big deal but we paid for them to remove it for us. Next they put the new ones right in front of the old ones. Now we gotta move those ones out the way to even bring the old ones up. Just this experience been extremely rude and difficult. Never shopping there again
