What a beautiful store. We loved the decor and options. Today was the Labor Day sale. This place drew a huge crowd. We were shopping for furniture today. This was the best option regarding comfort, style, and price.

Amazing store and amazing customer service. Also great prices. Bought two new rugs and a new sofa. Not the greatest picture but we're going to get new coffee tables and end tables next

This store is huge! Prices are great! The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a nice selection of furniture and home décor. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

Checked out the new Wayfair store at Polaris — the first one in Columbus, Ohio! The space is impressive: two floors packed with furniture, lighting, outdoor patio sets, tableware, decor, a flower shop, and a plant shop. Layout reminded me a bit of IKEA but on a smaller, more curated scale, with clear signage for Dining, Outdoor, Tableware, Rugs, and more. Loved the outdoor furniture displays with the umbrellas and the sunroom-style setup showing pieces against natural light. Lighting section had a huge wall of sconces and lamps to compare side by side. Escalators connect the two levels easily, and the store has a bright, modern feel throughout. Great addition to the area — 🛋️🪑

Cute store. The displays were nice, it put me in mind of ikea but they carry lots of name brands. The quality of products seemed high. The store is open and easy to navigate. It is large but not overwhelming. Lots of employees to help out and answer questions.
