Dodd Camera

Huge props to the experts at Dodd Camera in downtown Cleveland. I had an issue with my SLR camera that had both AI *and* me stumped. I walked into Dodd's store, showed the camera to Eric, and he looked through the viewfinder, flipped a switch on the camera body, and the issue was instantly solved. It was like early Christmas. But hey, that's what happens when you're dealing with experts. And now I know what that dang switch does.

I stopped in, they are the only local place that had the lens I needed, and were competitively priced! Matthew was the attendant that helped me. He was professional and courteous, he explained everything and was not at all pushy with sales or add ons! I like it when I am not feeling pressured, I got what I needed and he had all the answers to all the questions I had! I will be going here more often now that I know they rent out gear!

Isaac made sure that I had an incredible experience going with Dodd. He saved me a ton of money. He told me what to do, gave his honest opinion on everything, and made the transaction extremely easy. The price matching makes it a lot easier to shop local and support our Cleveland camera store. I absolutely recommend going to Dodd and if you can work with Isaac be sure to do so! I would only recommend the best and he is nothing short of the best that.
