Eastside Maytag

I have used Eastside Maytag over the years for appliance repairs, and they have done an excellent job and more importantly very affordable. I recently purchased a KitchenAid 'countertop saver' refrigerator from them and the order was placed. Not even knowing there was the same refrigerator with a dual ice maker at time we ordered. Once I discovered this, I made the call to Bryan (store mgr) and told him what I found and asked if he was able to cancel the current order and order the new refrigerator. Bryan made the call to KitchenAid, and he was able to cancel the order and make the changes to order the new one. This is a difference maker with Eastside Maytag, they do whatever it takes to please the customer, and this was a perfect experience I have documented. (there was some uncertainty if this could even be done since it was being shipped) I would highly recommend using Eastside Maytag for all of your appliance needs.

Jerry and Bonnie are always very helpful. I love there selection of scratch & dent appliances. You can save hundreds of dollars & get a good product. I also give 5 stars to the delivery guys. On my recent delivery they discovered the cord had been cramped. They went back to the shop and got a new cord. I appreciated they did not install it for me to later have a short.

I needed a refrigerator and I visited this store. I was treated so nice and with respect. Bryan sold me my refrigerator gave me all the information about the product. And the young men that delivered it to my home today were great. Courteous and professional. Keep up the awesome work. You have just earned a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this store for all your home needs.
