Jerry and Bonnie are always very helpful. I love there selection of scratch & dent appliances. You can save hundreds of dollars & get a good product. I also give 5 stars to the delivery guys. On my recent delivery they discovered the cord had been cramped. They went back to the shop and got a new cord. I appreciated they did not install it for me to later have a short.

I needed a refrigerator and I visited this store. I was treated so nice and with respect. Bryan sold me my refrigerator gave me all the information about the product. And the young men that delivered it to my home today were great. Courteous and professional. Keep up the awesome work. You have just earned a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this store for all your home needs.

As a former alliance rental, sales, and repairman, I wouldn't bother with anywhere but here. It's s not worth the hassle of used shops. So many things can happen so you really want that warr offered. Great staff, pristine products, knowledgeable and well mannered installation. Definitely worth every penny.

My 4yr old washer choked. Called my Home Warranty but they couldn't come until after Thanksgiving. Called Eastside Maytag, they came and fixed it in couple days after ordering parts. Eastside Maytag service is quick, courteous and reliable. I have never had any problems with them. Thank you Eastside. PS.. I canceled my Home Warranty
