Edit: After writing the initial review (3 stars) I was contacted to make this right by the owner. After speaking with her I can tell she cares about the customer and overall experience. I was refunded for the faulty hoses and given a 1 year warranty for the washer. After this experience I will be coming back for all appliance needs in the future. Anyone who is willing to fix and acknowledge issues after the fact understands how to keep people coming back. Old: Good selections just don't bother with delivery and installation it will be more trouble then it's worth, do it yourself. Delivery was same day however he bent the metal on the washer so the door couldn't swing down and lock regularly. This was fixed the next day however the hoses I had also gotten from there leak when running the washer so those needed to be replaced as well. Experience wasn't the worst by any means but would consider all options before making the choice of going with this place

What a great experience! I had been to 3 other appliance shops before finding E Tech Universe. I didn't have anyone help me at the other retailers, no one even asked what I was looking for or spoke to me. The owner is so kind and really went above and beyond. When I called in to let her know I was going to purchase she looked over everything throughly before I purchased and didn't make me feel obligated or pushed to purchase. I couldn't have had a better experience with the purchase of my first stove! Thank you for making my buying experience worth while!

This is a hole in the wall place but don't let that deter you from stopping in. They have this place filled with appliances of all sorts. (They are considered scratch or dent or simply returns that they resell). My fridge broke and I needed a replacement pretty quick with the holiday. I ran up and order a unit and they delivered the SAME day which was super helpful and convenient with the situation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to go if you're ever in a jam! EDIT: Got the unit. Freezer works. Fridge does not. I called back in and this place was SO apologetic and understanding. They found a new unit to swap out and came to get the faulty one within the day. The delivery guy was awesome and this place is legit and caring. I am grateful for this experience. I will be back and would recommend this place to anyone!

Came in for a standing garage freezer and left with that plus a new and bigger fridge. They helped us decide on the best fit and got us set up with financing easily. Got 5 year warranty upgrades on both and delivery. It’s been a few months and both appliances are still going strong. Will be back soon, looking for a stove and dishwasher now 😜

We're closing on a new house, and are trying to furnish the house and get appliances without breaking the bank. I've been surfing Facebook Marketplace for all of our furniture and ran into Natasha's posts with washers, dryers, and refrigerators. She was very quick to respond to my inquiry on a Saturday, and we went to visit today. The prices were great. Everyone was friendly, and we're totally excited to get our new to us appliances for a fraction of the cost they would be new. Happy to keep spend my money local, and happy to see someone reviving appliances so they can have a second life.
