BUYER BEWARE! I had a good experience with this company in the past which is why I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them almost 2 years to fix the lemon washer and dryer that I was sold by this company. My washing machine tray holds water and has to be emptied out and left open after every wash. The clothes come out soaked, therefore causing the dryer to take 2.5-3 hours to dry my clothes. This has been an issue from day one of my purchase. I called and they sent over their warranty company who did nothing but tell me that machines aren’t made the way they used to. I had my vents cleaned to see if that was the problem before I contacted the store again, but that did nothing to help the situation because my washing machine is the problem but we didn’t realize that because we don’t do this for a living. So I put in another service ticket to check my dryer because we thought that was the issue. Well our friend said if the clothes are coming out of the machine soaked then it’s your washing machine that’s the issue. We tell the guy to check the washing machine but that’s not part of this service call so we have to contact the store to tell them to add it to this visit which was almost another problem and service call but they end up adding g it to the work order. We find out that it was never installed properly and my hot and cold water were switched causing our clothes to constantly shrink and fade!! Still don’t offer a replacement machine but offer to order a new part. Well this keeps going and going because the part still isn’t in and they won’t schedule me until it is. We ask them to schedule us in 2 weeks then on a Friday because that is the day we are off and to give the part more time to arrive. They tell us they won’t be in our area that day so they want to drag this on for weeks and weeks because almost 2 years still isn’t enough. Never once offered to swap the machine out or even help us to get scheduled after all the headaches they know we’ve had. My husband spoke to Angela today (manager) who said she can’t do anything to even help him get scheduled bc the part still isn’t t in. Horrible company with zero customer service!!!

I am so happy we stumbled upon appliance world! We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Simeon gave us a demonstration of induction, was extremely helpful and patient with my multiple changes to my order, and their prices beat out anywhere around! Will absolutely be coming here for any and all future appliance needs!

From my first time in the showroom to the delivery of the appliances, I can not give higher praise to the staff and delivery men from Appliance World. My wishlist, needs, and practicality were all taken into consideration by my sales associate Michael Lonergan to help me select the perfect pieces. Every staff member I have dealt with as part of this process has been professional, genuine, courteous, and very helpful. The delivery men worked neatly and were so polite, a total pleasure to have in my house. If you are upgrading your appliances, don’t go anywhere else, you will not get this level of service.

Our salesman was extremely helpful throughout, always responsive and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and never made us feel pressured. What really stood out was the support even after delivery. They continued to respond quickly to any questions and provided help whenever needed. It really felt like they were in our corner the entire time, which is not something you always find.
