Karl's TV, Appliance & Furniture Minot

I purchased a washer and dryer set and Gary the salesman was a friend so he came over and measured to make sure it would work I. My laundry room! Front load! The washer door does not open totally as there is a way sink in there, and I cannot reach my cabinets above now! I contacted Karl’s only to be told that it was past the 10 days!!!! Does this fall under ELDER ABUSE???? I cannot use the drawers as these had to be replaced and are being delivered tomorrow so I do not have my complete set until tomorrow so how can the 10 days start???? Wonder my attorney would like to take a look at this??? Beware buyers as some in sakes are after the almighty dollar as they need it! LW

Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain differences between models so I could make the best choice. Great selection of TVs and appliances, fair pricing, and no pressure sales. You can tell they actually care about helping customers, not just making a quick sale.
