Mr Appliance

When my washing machine quit I called rodgers appliance and they scheduled a visit and was here right when they said. I had just had 9 family members here for aweek and was washing bedding. They had to order parts and within 2 days they were here installing new parts after 5 pm. I was so grateful to have my washing machine up and running again. Wonderful service!!!!

Had a quote from another repair company who was out over a week so I called Rogers appliance. Had the washer taken apart and at the time of the appointment had waited over a week without a washer. I was charged a few cents less than $300 and he was there for 15 minutes total. The other company said the part was $30 which I looked up and it was $31.88. The part was replaced and washer is working good, however almost $270 for a five minute repair! Other company quoted me $130.00, I should have waited.

Came to our house to see what was wrong with our fridge. Took 3 minutes to look at it and said that's something our company doesn't fix- try this other company in town. He said we would need to buy a new fridge and gave me the bill. He was at our home for less than 15 minutes and it was $150! He literally did nothing. He was rather rude and unfriendly as well. A few days later I called the other company he mentioned to get a second opinion. That guy was able to help me more than the guy who was physically in our home- for FREE. He was so much more helpful than Rodgers. I will not be using their services again and will not recommend to anyone. $150 down the drain.
