Appliances 4 Less

Purchased a dryer last week & had a great experience. After installing it, we noticed it was not heating up. Called the owner and he immediately offered to come out to see what was going on. Turns out it was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the dryer. We really appreciated him going out of his way to diagnose the issue at no extra charge. Since fixing the electrical issue, the dryer has worked perfectly! Highly recommend 🙂

We recently purchased a new French Door Refrigerator @ Appliances 4 Less in Wilmington. Our experience was top notch from the moment Thomas, the owner, greeted us. The price was very good considering the small dent and Thomas was very knowledgeable both with the product and warranties. The delivery team had it out that afternoon and was very courteous and kind as well. I worked in the appliance industry for 20 years as well as the cabinet industry for an additional 20 years so I was very pleased and would recommend this store.

Phenomenal. If you're reading this review and are still unsure where to buy your next appliance you can stop here. Today I bought my second appliance from them. The prices were great. The installation was flawless. They even fixed my dryer hookup. Delivered same day within hours and removed the old one. They're SO nice and kind. I'm never going to shop anywhere else. These folks better never close as long as I live here. 🤣

We were searching for a good deal on a dryer after our Samsung model, which was less than five years old, stopped working. Repair costs exceeded the price of a new one, leaving us frustrated with Samsung's poor reliability. After some research, we discovered Appliances 4 Less—a family business with glowing reviews, including a 5.0 rating—and decided to check them out. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Joshua, who is the son in this family-run business. He immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to ask all the right questions to understand our needs. Joshua was thoughtful and informative, ensuring he didn’t oversell us but instead guided us toward higher-rated appliances that were the right fit for us. To make the experience even better, his parents came out just a few days later to handle the installation. Everything went smoothly, and the whole process was hassle-free. It’s wonderful to support a local family business that genuinely cares about their customers. We’re so happy with all our purchases. Thank you, Joshua and the team! Highly recommend shopping local!
