Had an excellent experience with the owner the first time i bought a washer, he was a good salesman at showing me the different washers and helped me load it etc.
2nd time i go to buy a stove and the owner wasnt there and the sale person was just terrible from the start i had my mother up there too and she was choosing out the stove and couldnt decide on the different stoves they had just based on the aesthetic and nothing to do with function, but this guy just kept tryna sell us and didnt realize we were already sold we just needed to decide, so terrible sales person, probably shouldnt have him on floor and on the field installing and whatnot, he was rude and just annoying and frustrating to deal with, in conclusion i wouldnt say i dont recommend the place they excellent service and reliably affordable than other local places (thomas supply) and their install fee is only $30 within range, they also have a 6 month warranty which is phenomenal, but honestly after that day they didnt make us feel welcomed and not sure if we'll be returning when we need again, which is anytime. in other words were not karens and certainly i never write reviews this long but that was one in a thousand visit, i could reconsider this review but its up to them.
