Gave them the benefit of the doubt. I got ripped off for $210 for a dryer that I can't use. I called within the 30 day warranty period and explained what the issue was, the guy said he was going to call me back and didn't. I called back after waiting over 2 hours and no answer. NOT A HONEST BUSINESS. RIPS OFF PEOPLE THAT ARE ALREADY STRUGGLING WITH THE PRICES THESE DAYS.

Sold my mom a dryer that does NOT work. plugged it in in store and it got hot, still gets hot, so we assumed the heating element worked. However, after 4 80 minute dryings, clothes still will not dry despite the dryer heating up. Website says 30 day warranty, but the receipt he gave my mom he wrote on it NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS; as if he knew he was selling her something that did not work. My mother just lost my dad, her husband of 35 years + man of the house/life, and her first time having to buy appliances on her own has been a SCAM and DISAPPOINTMENT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
