I usually keep to myself when it comes to online feedback, but the level of service I received here was so above and beyond that I wanted to go out of my way for them, just like they did for me. From the moment I reached out, both the salesperson and owner was attentive and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. He took the time to answer all my questions, even the small details about the fridge I was interested in. He was patient as I explained my concerns about the side of the unit that would be visible in my kitchen, and he made sure to check it personally and reassure me about its condition. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority.
