I called Donovan's appliance to take a look at my speed queen washer which was having a problem by shutting off prematurely. Josh came within 30 mins. I found him to be courteous and professional. He evaluated the problem and determineed that the control panel needed replacing and would cost $800. He said at that price he would advise just replacing the machine. I appreciate that he was honest about that. Josh was completely professional and I will call upon Donovan's again. He didn't even charge me for a service call.

Jesse Chavez came out and had my dryer fixed in 20 minutes. He was by himself and had to lift the dryer down as it was a stackable. He did it. He vacummed everything out also. I am thrilled and I highly recommend him. He was in and out in no time. Thank you Jesse!

Great experience with Donavon's Appliance. I called about a washing machine that wasn't working. Jesse came right away and knew what the problem was immediately. Replaced the part and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Very happy with the service.

I have been blown away with the service I have received from Donavon’s Appliance! They return calls promptly and they show up when they say they will. Most of all they go the second mile in fixing your appliances. Jesse took a part back to his shop to see if he could fix it. He returned to my house later the same day with the problem solved and installed the part. This expertise and care not only got my oven back to working, but it also saved me a lot of money as I did not have to buy a new expensive part. I recommend Donavon’s without reservation.
