Israel was recommend when I had an emergency washer issue. While he wasn't able to come the night of the problem, he came first thing the next morning and fixed my washer with no issue. Even had him to address my dryer while he was there. He was very kind, patient, answered all of my questions, demo'd/walked me through the problem and fix, and gave good upkeep recommendations. Plus he checked in a couple days later to ensure all was still well. Service is truly top notch. Only star deduction is because I wasn't expecting the repairs to cost what they did considering the diagnosed issue, so it was higher than I imagined it would be plus I was in a jam; but he did waive the card fee. That said, it is what it is. Would I recommend his services, 1000% yes👍🏾
