I purchased a fridge for $1000 from this place, and it only worked for a few weeks. After contacting the owner, a technician was sent to assess the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that the fridge couldn’t be repaired. To make matters worse, they did not have another fridge available that was equivalent to what I had purchased. Instead, they lent me a fridge that is significantly smaller than what I need. As of today, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and service from this company. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from here.

We purchased a stackable washer and dryer from this company and paid $590, which included delivery. Unfortunately, we did not have the proper electrical wiring to test the machines. When the electrical was completed, and the vent was in place, the dryer portion of the appliance did not work at all. The owner would only offer to assume half the cost of a repair using the excuse that the warranty had expired. We never even had the opportunity to use the dryer because it never worked. We ended up having to get rid of the whole unit and it set us back over $500 which could have gone towards the purchase of a new appliance that would have worked no matter when it was used. We believed the unit should have worked for at least the amount of time offered by the warranty. If we had used the machine immediately, it would not have worked. We believe the appliances being sold are substandard and we wasted our money.
