Eddie Baker was our salesperson helping us purchase a replacement refrigerator. He answered all our questions and was very professional. He even called me to let me know the delivery time that afternoon. Our frig was delivered the next day and the installers Frank and Huleo were friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job installing. All around a great experience!

Felicia Wright was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with us as we decided on a new refrigerator when ours had a refrigerant leak. We had extensive issues that required a great deal of professionalism and she exceeded all expectations! She is highly knowledgeable and an outstanding employee!! We were also extremely impressed by the amount of effort exerted by our delivery men, Hector and I do not know the other man’s name. We had a previous delivery by two other men that was exceptionally professional too. We have never dealt with Queen City before, but we were very impressed by Queen City and will buy from them again, when the need arises. We highly recommend them to others.
