Not impressed. I guess I just don't measure up to the staff of this store. After spending an hour in the store, noone offered to help and then I stepped out of the store and realized I needed to use the restroom, so I turned around and a person I saw in the store just a couple minutes earlier, who also saw me, shut and locked the door right in front of me, signaling the hand slicing the throat to me and mouthing that they are closed. It was three minutes before closing time and there were other customers in the store. Hardly behavior of a store which tries to present itself as higher end. To make matters worse this was only my second or third time in this store in about a decade. My wife and I had a similarly unimpressive experience back then and ended up buying and replacing our appliances elsewhere.

Great experience with Melissa! Not only was she very sweet and kind,but she was extremely knowledgeable about the products there. She made the process of choosing the items for my new kitchen a total breeze. The kind attitude of all the employees was a big positive. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee as Melissa is. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very disappointed in my experience with Ferguson. I paid to have a very expensive bathroom installed and purchased all materials through Ferguson without a contractor’s discount. Some of the deliveries were incomplete and one had.damaged merchandise. The biggest disappointment was with an expensive Kohler Cast iron tub that had drain issues. I was advised by Ferguson to call Kohler. I called and was left on hold with loud music playing, but no representative answered the call. Ferguson needs better customer service than this. I still can’t use the bathtub.

Working with the Ferguson team at the Charlotte showroom has been a fantastic experience. Denise, our designer, was tremendous—she has a strong design sense, is incredibly patient, and always comes through for us, even with last-minute orders or unexpected issues. Cindy and Sammi were lifesavers in helping us navigate the logistics of deliveries and backordered items. Their communication and support made the process so much easier. The only downside of the experience was that we couldn’t check on items online, but the telephone support service more than made up for it. It was a helpful and very welcome lifeline throughout the process. I highly recommend the Ferguson team in Charlotte. Thank you all for helping us rebuild our home after Hurricane Helene!
