I bought the GE Profile All in One not even 2 years ago. I love it but, it stopped drying. I have been without the unit for 2 weeks today. It took them a week to come out, found a large lint clog. We thought it was fixed, washed a load and the dryer didn't work. So, we call them back. They were ordering parts and supposed to come today. I have waited all day for them to come. It's after 2:30 so I call them. I was informed the part has not come in, they can't tell me when it will be in and Lori is quite short and rather hateful when answering my questions. You know who has the right to be hateful right now? Me BUT IM NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON. As I've found with most places, they are happy to make the sell but, when it comes to making the customer a priority when repairs need to be made or just having enough professionalism to call and tell you they aren't coming today so, you can go do laundry somewhere else since you are without any clean towels or uniforms for work tomorrow, they can't do that. Apparently answering the phones, letting you know the status on getting your unit fixed and actually servicing their customers isn't their priority. Can I say I hate lugging loads of laundry back and forth for weeks and I am at my limit!!!
