Horrible customer service from Taylor. I mentioned that I was looking for a 12-piece set for my new construction townhomes. Firstly, she refused to do business because I live far away, and their company only accepts in-person payments. Then she called back and said that I could place an online order for payment. Secondly, I wanted to speak with a manager since it's a significant purchase and I wanted a discount. She refused and said that they don't have a 6-piece appliance set within a $3000 budget, then hung up. And I was about to spend $6K to $8K with this kind of business?

We were searching for a washer & dryer and didn't want to be hit over the head with the price. Ms. Lee was so friendly and very informative. She helped us decide the best for our situation and we were able to get it installed that same day by Alex via a wonderful turn of events. I highly recommend this establishment and support good people doing a great service for the community! I don't know about you all but I am very picky with people coming into my home but Alex was like an old friend and that's a plus! *SUPPORT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS*

They did a good job repairing the washer, the entire process took like 20 minutes, so no complaint there. My problem was it was extremely expensive. When booking online I selected the “repair” option instead of “service request”, because I knew what I needed done. Once he arrived I was told they HAVE to charge me for an initial visit, in addition to the repair cost, despite the fact that he didn’t need to do any diagnostic work or examination of my washed. This was not made clear when booking online. So it cost me $175 for 20 minutes worth of work. Like I said, he fixed it, so I’m happy, but it was way too expensive.

Alex installed a new gas dryer for us that we had already purchased. Several other installers did not show up to install it for us/call us back. We were beyond blessed to have found alex on google. He was able to come help us the same day to install and haul away our old has dryer. Alex is professional, kind, respectful, cheerful, dedicated and you can tell he knows what he’s doing which is quite a relief. We will definitely use them again and recommend to all our peers. Thanks Alex!

I found this store on Google and I'm thankful that I did. I needed a dryer & they had one for an awesome price with a 1 year warranty. The Lady at the store was awesome to talk too & her Sun is good people with good conversation. The dryer was delivered the next day on a Saturday (i appreciate that greatly).. I will mostly likely (well I mean I should say that) im buy from here again, soon. 🙂🙂🙂
