Mr Appliance

Called for an appointment for my broken clothes dryer; they had one available with 4 days, which was great. It was a 5 hour window but they narrowed it down to 2 hrs the day before. The tech called about 30 minutes into my scheduled time and said he’d be there in 20 minutes. He showed up, diagnosed the issue, gave me the price for fixing it, luckily had the broken parts on his truck, fixed it, cleaned up the dryer really nice, and was out of here in an hour. Can’t ask for better than that!

After a poor experience with a rival firm, Kiley came out to diagnose the fault with my dishwasher and returned the same week with the required part. He is extremely thorough and professional. While at my house we discussed my fridge/freezer which broke a few weeks ago and the same rival firm offered no option but to wait until late July for a part that's on back order. Again Kiley was much more thorough with his diagnosis and we think we have two options that will have me back up and running within a couple of weeks if not sooner. Without a doubt, I will use Kiley on all future appliance repairs.

Called Mr Appliance out as I was looking to get my dishwasher fixed quickly and they were available to come out. Diagnosed the issue as a pump and needed to order it and reinstall it. Okay no issues. As the tech was i stalling g the pump he broke something else. That had to be ordered. Not great but stuff happens. Came out to fix the broken piece. It was really loud after the repair. Dishwasher is a Bosch and very low noise. We used to open it running it was so quiet. Called and said it was very loud now. Turns out the technician through out some of the insulation. Had to order that. Also the dishwasher was not mounted correctly. They sent out their senior technician this time. It was quieter and more level. This took over 3 months from the original call. Couple of weeks went by and we noticed a water leak from the front of the dryer. This was diagnosed by the new company that we called out and waited 3 weeks for the appointment, to be caused by the install from Mr Appliance who had just wedged a small piece of wood to stabilize the dishwasher. Not a shim, but a piece of wood. I paid the other company to properly pressure mount the dishwasher and level it. Been a few months and everything is all good. I did not call Mr Appliance about the issue we found as I was just done with them. From my 1 experience I would not use Mr Appliance ever again.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Mr Appliance today on my fridge/freezer. From the helpful initial contact, through the appointment set-up, to the communication about the actual service and of course to the completion of work. My technician Kiley was a very pleasant young man and quickly diagnosed the issue. He told me the price and after I gave him the ok he took care of the fix, allowing me to watch for my own education. I whole heartedly recommend Mr Appliance!

We were able to get an appt on the same day we called. Our services person kept us informed of his arrival; did a thorough diagnosis and ordered a new part immediately. Mr Appliance Repair sent an email the day before of our appt time. Again, the service person let us know when he was on the way. Very professional, efficient and personable service. Great find for us!!
