We hired them to check our ice maker on our refrigerator. Was charged almost $150 for them to come out. They didn't come at the time they said also. We were told 2pm but they came hours later. We were told it was just frozen but we needed a few days for it to make ice. It didn't make ice so we called them again and was told we were under a 30 day warranty with their services. They came back and checked it again and spent 45 minutes looking at it, then charged us $81.14 to be told the first guy didn't find the right problem. That we need a whole new ice maker. Also, the 30 day warranty on their services was a lie. It only counts if it's the same problem.

Went to fix my own dryer and I had a couple questions for a professional about the part I believed to be broken, when said questions were asked a very standoffish attitude was displayed toward me. Almost as if they were upset I was fixing my own stuff instead of paying $$$ for one of their guys to come take a look. They were able to get my part ordered which was great but I do not believe these guys to be friendly or fair to their customers, especially for service calls or anything repair related.

we built a new house and bought every appliance from Quality. we have been in the house for a little over a month and every appliance is working perfectly. Quality did the installation and was worth the price. We buy from quality because of their service dept. We feel we have higher quality appliances than the box stores offer and with help from Ray, Daniel and Chris did not pay anymore than the box stores and have the full support of their service dept should we need it. You can actually talk to a person if you have a question.

Have lived in Executive housing the last 10 years and the next stop is unfinished. We really didn't want to go to the "big box" stores because they generally sell crappy off brand Chinese stuff. We stopped at Quality Appliance because breakfast was across the street. A great selection, including some "scratch and dent" products, which was great because who cares what your dryer looks like? The best part was we were able to pay for it over several months. The staff is great, likely because it's a family business. Go ahead and buy from Lowes, then borrow a truck and load it yourself. I'm sure you'll be happy that you saved $25 Will probably go back and get a freezer before leaving town. Great company with products guaranteed. Jeff L-8 Google Guide.
