Reno's Appliance

We recently renovated our kitchen and bought a full suite of appliances from Reno's for the new space. Absent of brand, pricing etc. I was compelled to write a review because of how wonderful our representative was during the process. We worked with Jessica Cioletti and she was informative and not pushy at all during the sales process and more importantly during the post sales process she worked with us through construction delays, plumbing and electrical headaches to make sure we were ready on delivery day. We landed our appliances as soon as we were ready, they look great and we're looking forward to using our new kitchen.

Recently purchased a range and microwave from Reno’s. The folks who helped with the purchase (Eva, Jessica and Mike) were all incredibly kind and helpful, and JP and Nohel were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient for the install. Appliances can be purchased anywhere, but the service received was absolutely top notch.

Suzanne was absolutely amazing to work with! My washer broke down yesterday and I have been stressed to have to devote part of my July 4th vacation figuring out laundry. From the moment I started looking for a washer and asked for a suggestion, she was friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened carefully to what I needed and made thoughtful recommendations that gave me complete confidence. I just trusted her recommendation for an LG washer based on the information she provided. Her positive attitude and expertise made what could have been an overwhelming purchase so easy. Entire process of purchase through delivery set up was done in less than 10 minutes!

Reno’s installation team did a phenomenal job. They had to replace a panel ready Viking all in one fridge. It was NOT an easy install. The install team, Nohel and Tito, were fantastic. They never lost patience and tackled each dilemma with determination and precision. They did not leave until the door panel was perfect and in line with the existing freezer. I would highly recommend Reno’s for your installation projects, especially high end installs!! You can trust Reno’s with your expensive appliances, they will make sure everything is exactly how it’s supposed to be.
