I recently called this company about an issue with my appliance, and the owner went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to look up my warranty information and discovered that my device was still covered. Instead of charging me for a service call, he was completely honest and let me know I didn’t need to spend any money. I truly appreciate the integrity, kindness, and professionalism. It’s rare to find a business that puts the customer first, and I’m grateful for the help.

The front woman (phone assistant) lacked basic professionalism and class— and showed no interest in resolving the issue. When dealing with customers, especially on ongoing concerns, a little respect and courtesy go a long way. It’s disappointing to see such distasteful behavior from someone in a customer-facing role. If this is the first impression of the business, it speaks volumes about the overall standards. Needless to say, beware of this business and choose where to spend your money carefully! Chris came out to check our gas issue on our GE stove. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Turns out there was no problem 🤦‍♀️, but better safe than sorry when it comes to gas. As a 1st time homeowner, I didn't have the slightest clue on who to use when issues arise. So glad I chose Affordable Appliance. Thank you for coming out and look forward to using you in the near future!

Very disappointed with these guys. A few years ago they came out and fixed my ancient washer for me, more than once, for a great price. I recently bought a used fridge from them, it quit working, I called them 20 times to have it fixed, never answered or returned my calls. I finally had to give up. Don't understand what happened but their service has gone down the drain.
