I had a great experience with Brennan & MacKay Appliance and would absolutely recommend them. Scheduling the service call was quick and easy, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and courteous. The technician repaired my dishwasher quickly, but what really impressed me was that they went above and beyond the original repair. They noticed the dishwasher hadn't been installed correctly—it wasn't properly mounted or raised—and took the time to fix those issues as well. It's clear they take pride in doing the job right, not just the minimum required. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and competitive. Great price. Our range was the similarly sale priced at a local big box and another local appliance chain. The difference was in free delivery, and B&M blew away their competitors for removal of the old unit. I paid only $15 for a range "installation kit." Well that kit included the installation of the electric cord, the anti-tip bracket, and meticulous leveling of the range itself. The delivery team (both Mackays) did not leave until everything was perfect. They thorouhly inspected and tested everything before they left and noticed a couple of minor imperfections I never would have noticed. Never. They insisted on ordering new replacement parts for both. It was service like I have never seen. So best price and service you didn't know existed anymore. Brennan and Mackay was recommended by a neighbor and I am grateful for that. You cannot do better.

Brennan and McKay continue To go above and beyond!! First they replied quickly on my chat and I love the way I can do it on their Regular 603 business number! They Were very helpful tried to talk me through saving my old washing machine. They didn’t automatically sell me a new one. But in the end guess what I got a nice new Speed Queen washer. Bought it through B&M chat , I didn’t even have to go to the showroom. Julian had always steered me in the right direction for appliances. Duncan the install guy came Yesterday At the appointed time, and I had spaced what time it was I was because busy with my granddaughters at the playground so when when he called me I was able to direct him how to get in the house, he got it all installed and took away the old one, now that Service! Thanks guys! Loving my new machine !!

I have nothing but good things to say about Brennan & MacKay. This is the second time we have used them to purchase a product. We just purchased a new dishwasher on Tuesday and it was installed today! The sales process was clear and concise. Honestly, I would rather pay a little more for a local company to come and service and stand behind a product. The installer spent a lot of time making sure the install was absolutely perfect. I have dealt with the big box stores before and I have nothing but bad experiences with their delivery and installation teams. Brennan and MacKay are top notch professionals! If you are looking for quality - contact them. If you are looking for something that breaks or is cheap look elsewhere.

Never thought I’d be genuinely excited about an appliance… until today. Huge thanks to Brennan & Mackay for this gorgeous new WashTower and a job well done on an unbelievably tight install. Honestly, I don’t know how they pulled it off, but they made it work flawlessly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and professional they were from start to finish. This was a completely different experience compared to big-box stores, where the people you talk to often don’t really know the products beyond what’s on the tag. Because Brennan & Mackay sell and service appliances, they know which models hold up, which ones need frequent service, and which ones are actually worth buying. The install itself was impressive. At one point, it genuinely didn’t look like it was going to work. They had to recess the dryer power outlet into the wall to gain a few critical inches of clearance, and the dryer vent connection looked like it had no chance of fitting. Somehow, they made it all come together perfectly. Highly recommend Brennan & Mackay if you want expert guidance, reliable products, and an install done right.
