They are incredibly knowledgable and have a great selection of appliances and brands. They take the time to help you figure out what you really need and find the best match. He provided excellent service from the initial selection process, to coordinating the delivery and installation. It was also very helpful to take advantage of rebates from the manufacturer. He did not push me to buy the most expensive ones but worked to understand my needs and did a great job.
